Signing Days

You know the old saying, “There’s no rest for the book marketer?”, nope, neither do I. I just took a post-work nap and it was lovely. Napping aside, I thought I would take the opportunity to let everyone know about the upcoming signings for Two Decades and Counting.

Tomorrow, from 4-5:00 pm, right before the Iowa vs. Illinois game, Roy and I will be at Papa Juans, 5505 Center Point Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. It will be the first signing where there may be a margarita involved…I hope. After we sign a few books, we plan on hanging around to cheer for the Hawkeyes. I’m already getting hungry for chips and salsa.

On Wednesday, Feb 29, we will be at the Fieldhouse in Cedar Rapids. It is located at 1140 Blairs Ferry Rd NE, and we will be signing from 6-7:00 pm before the Iowa vs. Nebraska game. The Hawkeyes have been playing well of late and hopefully they can bring home a win from Lincoln.

We will be heading out to Marion, Iowa, to the Hy-vee Drug at 2790 7th Avenue, on Friday, March 2. You can come meet Roy and myself between 4-6:00 PM. The Hy-vee signings have been great.

Over the weekend, we will be at the 812 1st Avenue, Iowa City, Hy-vee, twice. From 10-Noon on Saturday, before the 1:30 home game vs. Northwestern and then again on Sunday from 11-1:00 pm on Sunday.

But wait, that’s not all. Sunday we will be also doing a signing from 3-5:00 pm at the Waterfront Hy-vee. So there are lots of opportunities to meet Roy and me, get a book, and an autograph.

Just writing this post has reminded me that need to get to work on redesigning the old website, so that there is an easy calendar for people to check. I guess, since the blog is done for the night, I better get to work.
